Infrared heating and heat pump

A bathroom is a favorite place in the home, and for most people, this room brings a touch of wellness to their lives. Therefore, it's important to heat this room comfortably. Infrared heating is the perfect solution.

An infrared panel in the bathroom can be used as supplementary or primary heating. Especially if there is no conventional heating system, purchasing an infrared heating system for the bathroom is the cheapest and healthiest alternative.

The beneficial infrared C radiation is ideal for your bathroom because it has a beneficial effect on your body. For infrared heating in the bathroom, use an elegant mirror heater or classic infrared heating panels.

An infrared mirror heater has the advantage that an infrared panel in the bathroom is not recognizable as such. You save space and are in the direct radiation field of the infrared heater when you stand in front of the mirror in the morning.

Because the C radiation from the infrared panels, which has a positive effect on the immune system, penetrates deeper into the skin than heated air, it has an extra relaxing effect on your body.

The advantage of a classic infrared heating panel, for example, is its ceiling mounting. Many customers use infrared heating in their bathrooms as ceiling heating, as they already have a mirror and limited space.

Infrared heating as additional heating in the bathroom

If you already have a radiator in your bathroom and this is not enough, infrared heating can serve as an optimal addition.

Infrared panels can be installed, especially in smaller bathrooms, so you're directly in the infrared radiator's radiation zone. You can feel the infrared C radiation immediately from a distance of 2 to 3 meters.

Especially if you stand in front of an infrared panel immediately after your shower (e.g. with a mirror heater or ceiling mounting with a classic panel).

When calculating the heating load (the wattage required for a room) as supplementary heating, you can use half of the values below. Round off generously to allow for some buffer.

The infrared mirror heating in the bathroom

Infrared mirror heaters for bathrooms are space-saving and available in various heights (200 to 1300 watts). Infrared mirror heaters are available in sizes ranging from 60×60 cm to 180×90 cm. Custom-made infrared mirror heaters are also available.

Enerco International offers mirror heating with a wireless thermostat. This is perfect for automatically adjusting your heating.
